Ingredients required:
1/2 tsp Flax seeds
1/4 tsp Red Chili Powder
1/2 tbsp. fine chopped chilies
1 tbsp. fine chopped fresh coriander leaves
1/2 tsp Black Cumin Seeds
1/2 tsp Oregano
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Peppercorns
4 tbsp. grated Cheese
1 tbsp. fine chopped onions
1 tbsp. fine chopped capsicum
4 bread slice
Follow the steps to make crispy cheese rolls at home :
1. In a bowl add all the ingredients, keep bread slices aside.
2. Mix the the filling mixture well with hands.
3. Cut the bread corners and keep them aside.
4. Take a bowl filled with water and add 1/4 tsp salt in the water.
5. Dip the bread slice in the water and squeeze extra water.
6. Place the cheese filling mixture in the center of the bread.
7. Fold the bread and make it in the shape of roll
8. Pre-Heat the oil.
9. Coat the cheese roll in corn flour (OPTIONAL).
10. Fry the rolls on medium flame until its golden brown and crispy. Serve Hot with ketchup and mayonnaise.
